Thought I'd give you some older work from a shoot three years ago at a century old gristmill in North Carolina. The light that day was perfect for outdoor work -- no direct sun and just the lightest bit of fog -- what one photographer friend of mine calls "God's silk."

Thanks. There were a lot of wonderful shots that weekend. But when the model and I looked at the outtakes at the end of our three days together we both paused and said "this one was worth the whole effort."

He seems so innocent and lost, like a child. It's wonderful, I don't know how you nominate something for "Daily Deviation" but this deserves it.
