One of my favorite places to shoot in Key West is a grotto that gushes fresh water year round below sea level. The pirates found it in the 1700s and used it to provision their ships before chasing Spaniards in the Staits of Florida. It's now part of an amazing estate on the island.

The model is Claudio Sanchez, cover model of February 2008 Men Magazine. Thought I'd give you (for the most part) both the color and B&W versions. Interested in your feedback regarding which works better for you and why.

I prefer the color version because of his wonderful skin tones and the algae in the background.

Oh my! This is very beautiful, the pose is perfect and he looks so relaxed and at one with the scenery. He's a very sexy model! :D I think I prefer the color one, as it looks more intense, and especially with the water, it seems more "natural" with the grotto, and that beautiful shade of blue.

Love this entire series. As Ran pointed out, I loved the way you softened everything... it adds to the feel of the images.

I am so jealous of the models you get to work with... (jealous grin)...

take care my friend!

Thanks. I tried to learn a bit from looking at your editing. Still work that could be done; but overall not too bad. I appreciate the comment -- coming from you that's high praise.
